Heave ho! Boys Brigade pull together for fundraising campaign
Over 200 boys from the Boys Brigade pulled together at Belfast International Airport on Saturday to pull along a 36 tonne fire tender to raise money for the Opening New Doors fundraising campaign.
The aim is to raise £400,000 towards the total project cost of £800,000, to develop the premises into a fit for purpose headquarters, conference, training and residential centre.
The Antrim Battalion has responded to this by organising a sponsored Fire Engine Pull at Belfast International Airport on Saturday 28th March 2015. Two hundred Boys and leaders took part in the challenge and successfully completed the event.
